helpful staff

Ideal for couples seeking comfort

The staff were helpful, like when they assisted us with laundry, even though it was pricier than expected. I appreciated the nice pool and cozy courtyard to relax in.

Tastefully decorated and tidy hotel rooms with breakfast included. A huge variety of food available in the restaurant. The staff were very, very nice and welcoming and food was reasonably priced. Particularly good and best possible location for our visit to Regional Museum of Cholula at a short distance from the venue.

Beds were quite hard.

I had a wonderful stay with beautiful surroundings and the cleanest room I've ever seen! The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a little wait for breakfast service, but overall, this place is a great choice for a getaway! ☀️

The hospitality of the staff was really good, making our stay

Nice. The hotel is beautiful and clean with a wonderful location near the Cholula pyramid. I did find the restaurant a bit lacking in variety, but the atmosphere was relaxing overall.

The hotel features well-kept grounds and is conveniently located just across from the Great Pyramid. The cleanliness is amazing, and breakfast options, including pancakes, were enjoyable. The lack of air conditioning made the warm days sometimes uncomfortable, and street noise, along with frequent celebratory fireworks, could be disruptive at night. The shower curtain was a bit too short, leading to minor flooding in the bathroom area after use.
